Shipping and Returns

ACT OF FAITH is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages once they leave our Los Angeles distributing center. Please check your product sizing, shipping address, and billing address that you are submitting is correct as it cannot be modified or changed. Orders cannot be modified, they can only be cancelled if there are critical errors in your order. 

Due to the exclusive nature and high demand, ALL PRODUCTS PURCHASED FOR DISCOUNTED PRICE ARE FINAL for our merchandise. All returned items must be unwashed, unworn, undamaged, with all tags attached (if applicable), and in its original packaging in order to be considered for exchange/refund.

Items are only valid for exchange/refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

PLEASE NOTE: if we are sold out in any item you are looking to exchange for, we will only be able to issue a refund upon return.

If your product is defective, please take a clear photo of the defective product and attach it to your email as reference. 

We will contact you within 3 business days with further instructions.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive store credit and return shipping was not prepaid, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your store credit.

If you are shipping an item over $95, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
